1. How to update the software to the latest version?

For Windows: Open the software and then click the menu icon in the upper right corner of the program. Select "Check for Updates", and if there are available updates, the program will notify you. If there are updates, click "Update Now" to start the update process.

For Mac: Open the software, click the "Software" option in the upper right corner of the menu. Click "Check for Updates", and if there are available updates, click "Update Now" in the pop-up window to start the update process.

2. What if the download fails?

First, please ensure that your network connection is normal when downloading the software.

If there is a problem with the network connection, restart the router or the internet connection.

If the connection is still not strong enough, wait for a moment and then retry or use another browser to download the software.
