(2) Delivering supplementary mobile application utilities designed to address diverse user requirements

Proprietary Rights Allocation

All digital assets, including software architectures, visual components, textual materials, audio-visual content, graphical interfaces, brand identifiers, and symbolic representations incorporated within the Platform Services, enjoy comprehensive protection under intellectual property legislation. (3) All user-conducted activities through Platform Services must demonstrate full compliance with applicable statutory requirements and regulatory frameworks, with lastseennotify maintaining complete separation from such user-initiated actions

Contractual Adaptation Provisions

lastseennotify retains unilateral authority to periodically modify Agreement stipulations, with revised terms published across our digital platforms. Users bear responsibility for regularly monitoring platform communications to maintain awareness of current contractual obligations. Continued Platform Services engagement following contractual modifications constitutes binding acceptance of revised terms. Users declining modified terms should immediately terminate Platform Services access.

Governing Law and Conflict Mediation

The legal foundation, operational implementation, and contractual interpretation of this Agreement shall adhere to the legislative framework of the People's Republic of China. Contracting parties shall primarily seek dispute resolution through good-faith negotiations. Should amicable settlement prove unattainable, contested matters shall be referred to the judicial jurisdiction encompassing lastseennotify's principal administrative headquarters.
